Once your enquiry is received, it is personally reviewed. If your date and vision align, you’ll be invited to experience Glenbosch through a guided visit designed to help you envision your wedding with ease and clarity.

What can we expect during our visit?

Your visit is intentionally unhurried and thoughtfully curated. You’ll enjoy a relaxed wedding conversation with your planner, a guided walkthrough of the ceremony and reception spaces, an overview of accommodation options for you and your guests, and insight into our food, wine, and beverage experiences.

You’ll also receive a clear explanation of how planning works when everything is seamlessly handled in one place, with ample time to ask questions and explore your ideas.

What happens after our visit?

Following your visit, you’ll receive a personalised, itemised quote delivered via email. This includes a clear breakdown of your investment, deposit amount, and a simple option to accept and secure your date. The process is designed to feel straightforward, considered, and pressure-free.

How do we secure our date?

Your date is secured once the proposal is accepted and the deposit is received. At this point, you’ll receive a confirmation email welcoming you officially — you’re getting married at Glenbosch.

What happens once our deposit is paid?

Once your deposit is received, your private client portal opens, giving you access to everything you need for a smooth and supported planning journey. From here, all key details, documents, and communication are beautifully organised in one place.

How does the planning process work from here?

To ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered, you’ll be invited to book two additional planning meetings via our online calendar:

~ A planning and logistics meeting, held approximately six months before your wedding.

~ A menu and beverage planning meeting, held around ten weeks prior to your celebration.

This structured yet spacious approach allows your wedding to unfold with clarity, intention, and ease.

Do you take on a limited number of weddings?
